The online Account Setup process on our web site makes it easy for existing customers to register for an online ordering account, as well as new customers interested in ordering from Northbest Distributors for the first time.
All new accounts must be approved and activated by Northbest Distributors before they are accessible to the customer.
The following three steps apply to both new and existing customers:
These steps complete the process for existing customers. New customers have one more step to complete:
Upon creation of your online account, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Your user name and password will be included in this message for your records. You will not be able to retrieve your password in future, but it can be reset using the Password Reset Page. Once your account has been approved and activated by Northbest, you will receive an email notification. |

Step 2 - Billing/Remote Account Information |

This step is straighforward, requiring either company billing contact information, remote location information or both depending on the account type (outlined above).
Note that if you are registering as a new customer for either a Master Account or a Single Remote Account, the billing contact information will also be used on the electronic Credit Application Form. As such, please ensure that you include your legal business name, address, and other contact details. |

This step is only applicable to new customers.
At this stage of the setup process, you have the option to finish later. This will give you time, if needed, to gather any additional information required on the Credit Application form. You can either finish later without selecting a payment method, or select "Credit Application" and then choose to finish later.
The Visa Authorization Form is available in PDF format to print and fax in only. The Credit Application is available either electronically or in PDF format to print and fax in later. If you choose to complete a credit application later, you can login to your new account on the web site to submit it electronically, or download the PDF form and send it by fax. |
