Before you can place orders, you must register for a New Account, or Login with your username and password.

The next step is to build a shopping list:

• Browse the Product Catalogue or search for products using the search box at the top.
• Add items in the catalogue to your shopping list. Be sure to add all the items you think you might need.
• Go to your Active Shopping List* to review the products you selected.
• Click the "Make Order" button at the top of the shopping list editor to transfer all items into a new order.
• Remove any products you do not want on this order, make any desired changes to quantities, and click "Submit" when you are ready.

Those are the basic steps in placing a new order.

*Orders can also be generated from any other shopping lists you have saved.

Only Northbest distributors can cancel an order or re-open it so you can make changes. Please Contact Us if you need to change or cancel an order.

If the order is re-opened, you can make any necessary changes to the products, purchase order number, or comments and re-submit it to Northbest. You can also delete the order from the system.

Once an order is cancelled it can only be viewed or printed. It is kept in the system for reference and cannot be deleted.
