Before you can request quotes, you must register for a New Account, or Login with your username and password.

The next step is to build a shopping list:

• Browse the Product Catalogue or search for products using the search box at the top.
• Add items in the catalogue to your shopping list. Be sure to add all the items you think you might need.
• Go to your Active Shopping List* to review the products you selected.
• Click the "Request a Quote" button at the top of the shopping list editor to transfer all items into a new quote request.
• Remove any products you do not want on this order, make any desired changes to quantities, and click "Submit" when you are ready.

Those are the basic steps in requesting a quote.

When Northbest has completed the quote and sent it back to you with prices, you will receive an email notification. You can then login to the web site, open the quote, and make it into an order.

Quotes can also be requested from any other shopping list you have saved.

Only Northbest distributors can cancel a quote or re-open it so you can make changes. Please Contact Us if you need to change or cancel a quote request.

If the quote is re-opened, you can make any necessary changes to the products, RFQ number, or comments and re-submit it to Northbest. You can also delete the quote from the system.

Once a quote is cancelled it can only be viewed or printed. It is kept in the system for reference and cannot be deleted.
